Our firm's founding partner, Garry F. Benson, KC, passed away on October 8, 2022. His vision of client-centred legal services remains the foundation of everything we do. The standard he set continues to guide our practice.
Robert Tonsoo
Partner
Robert has been practising since 1986, bringing four decades of experience in corporate commercial law, business acquisitions, and real estate development across the Okanagan. He has guided developers on projects ranging from major industrial subdivisions to strata duplexes — including work at Big White and throughout northern BC. His expertise in strata property law, disclosure statements, and strata bylaws is a particular strength.

Maneet blends litigation experience with solicitor expertise, allowing him to anticipate risks and structure transactions with long-term success in mind. He assists businesses with incorporations, shareholders' agreements, and corporate restructuring, and works closely with Robert Tonsoo on comprehensive estate planning — from wills and powers of attorney to trust structures.
